All of the eldercare professionals represented by National Care Providers have been carefully pre-qualified according to a set of six requirements. Upon meeting these requirements, they receive a Gold Seal of Approval. This seal lets you know that they have met the very highest of standards in eldercare services.
Gold Seal of Approval Requirements:
1. Completion of a National Care Providers application, which includes a request for references and testimonials.
2. Evidence of General Liability and Medical Malpractice Insurance, when applicable.
3. Evidence of proper licensure and certification required to conduct business.
4. Completion of a background check.
5. When applicable, review of Medicare and/or Federal or State authorizations.
6. Acceptance of the terms of the National Care Providers Partner Agreement.
